2020 Corvette C8: Performance for an Amazing Price

General Motors (GM) announced it’s 495 horsepower, mid-engine machine to begin production later this year. Chevy describes this all-new mid-engine masterpiece as “next generation and next level”. It is estimated that the new supercar will have a base price of $59,995 for a 1LT model, including delivery which makes it $3,000 more than the outgoing front-engine car.

Every detail about the Stingray is tailored to the driver. Standard on 1LT and 2LT, the GT1 seat is wrapped in Mulan leather and designed for long distance and support. Their optional Competition Sport seat provides aggressive bolsters for track driving, with performance textile in high-wear areas.





The C8 comes in three trims that offer increasing levels of equipment. The base model C8 is off

to a good start with 495 hp.This Corvette takes Chevy to the balcony of supercars and allows

them to compete in the super car market. This is a NEW Generation Corvette, meaning Chevy

ditched EVERYTHING from their 2019 Corvette platform and completely redesigned it. Some

features include Available Engine Appearance Package adds carbon-fiber components as well

as LED lights to illuminate the engine. The engine will be visibly displayed in the rear hatch. The

hatch release and door handles are hidden for a cleaner look and to improve aerodynamics.


Corvette Stingray Trims

You can go to GM’s site and build your performance car for an amazing price. For the bells and whistles, you will need a little extra paper. You can add special brake caliper colors , full length racing stripes and even a carbon fiber package. Those upgrades cost anywhere from $995 to $2495.

Fans have already claimed majority of the first vehicles rolling off the assembly line.

Chevy will begin production on this vehicle in their legendary Bowling Green Assembly later this year.
