These exercises are made to prevent future sagging and wrinkles on the face. Doing different facial exercises can enhance your complexion. Trying to get rid of that double chin? Or just trying to tone up your facial muscles?

Try out these simple exercises daily or nightly and you'll see rapid results within the next 2 weeks.

Stick Your Tongue Out

-Stick your tongue out to it's fullest potential and try to reach to the bottom of your chin.

Hold this position for 10 seconds and repeat 10 times, you should feel the tension along to top of your neck. Return to your regular position after every repetition.

Pucker Up At The Ceiling

-Look up at the ceiling and pucker up your lips like you're about to kiss something, hold this position for 5 seconds and repeat for 5 seconds. This helps with the toning of your neck, you should feel the tension along your entire neck.

Chin Push Ups

-This is my favorite type of exercise, simply because it's a workout throughout the entire neck and jawline. For this exercise, you look up at the ceiling. Move your chin forward to the ceiling until you feel the tension hold for 5 seconds, then move your chin back to its regular position (you're still looking up at the ceiling); repeat the chin push-ups 10 times. To work on your jawline, tilt your head to the left side of your shoulder and repeat the same method. The same goes to the other side when you tilt your head to the right side of your shoulders.

Chewing Gum

-Chewing gum is a workout to enhance your jawline; if you don't have any gum to chew on you can simply grip your bottom teeth with your top teeth together and release and repeat 20 times.
