Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’ town hall meeting took an interesting twist when a woman in the audience suggested people start eating babies to deal with climate change.
Ocasio-Cortez let the strange remarks pour on in her town hall meeting. The congresswoman was taken back by the words coming from the woman’s mouth even though she is a huge climate change supporter herself.
Rep. Ocasio-Cortez, who believes the world could end in 12 and linked farting cows to climate change, posted on Twitter that she thinks the woman might have been dealing with a mental illness. This woman upped the ante on AOC’s rhetoric as she believes the world will end in a matter of months as opposed to just years.
“All of you!” the woman said at the town hall meeting, “You’re a pollutant! Too much Co2.
We have to start now. Please — you are so great. I’m so happy that you are supporting a Green New Deal, but it’s not enough. Even if we were to bomb Russia, it’s not enough. There’s too many people, too much pollution. So, we have to get rid of the babies. That’s a big problem. Just stopping having babies just isn’t enough. We need to eat the babies. This is very serious. Please give a response.”
There are plenty of unusual tactics for combatting climate change, but the suggestion of eating babies is the most outlandish one yet. When other climate change activists believe there is something mentally wrong with a person as a result of their suggestion, then it is safe to say that they are not operating under a sane mind.
While some suggest that AOC’s political rivals may have sent the woman, people should not resort to cannibalism regardless of whose mouth it comes from.
